Setting up an account
Regular customers have the option of opening an account which can be paid by cheque, credit card or debit card. Setting up such an account offers you or your establishment greater flexibility and convenience in ordering and enhanced speed of service.
EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS:
If you wish to set up an account for payment on invoice, could you please send us the following details with an accompanying letter of application printed on your establishment headed notepaper. We will then issue you with an account number and an agreed credit limit. If you have any special needs and for large sized orders, please contact us: finances@LBOL.co.uk or telephone us during our hours of service (9-5).- Company/organisation name
- Address
- Company Registration/ Charity Number
- Name of contact with telephone number
- Name of person authorising purchases with their telephone number
- Telephone Number of the establishment
- Your bank details
- Amount of credit required
TUTORS, STUDENTS & INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS:
If you have already ordered from us, and you wish to set up an account, could you please send us the following details with an accompanying letter of application printed on your personal or professional headed notepaper. We will then issue you with an account number and an agreed credit limit.

By applying for setting up an account with us you agree to our use of credit reference and other agencies for the purpose of verification.
